December's Pet of The Month

Meet Our December Pet of the Month — Sawyer!

Here is a little bit about Sawyer in his own words:

“First of all, I'd like to thank Central Animal Hospital for choosing me, the runt of the litter, for this improbable award—Mr. December.

My name is Sawyer, but most people call me Soy Sauce.

I'm only 7 years young and 20 lbs soaking wet, but I'm always ready for an adventure or a play date with any sized dog.

My goal is to bring joy to everyone I meet with a snort and a grumble. If someone walks by without noticing me, I stop and stare at them with my big brown eyes.

I love to play, but most of my day is spent napping. I especially enjoy lying on top of mounds of cushions and pillows. In between my long naps, I stretch and sunbathe in my yard.

Finally, I want to say to every little pug out there with a big dream: follow your heart, follow your smashed nose, and follow anyone holding a snack. You never know where it might lead — maybe even Pet of the Year!
